Telephantasm is the title of the album.

I was going to do this thread and you beat me to it
Hear Black rain last night and loved it!!! His voice is on fire. The song really rocks and i'm really looking forward to hearing the rest of the album. Do you know when its out??

September 28th! Too early for me to get excited - Black Rain is great, but it was written for Badmotorfinger, so of course it is amazing. Badmotorfinger is an amazing album.

Still waiting to see if they are still able to bring it or if they need to pull out the old songs to get fans excited. The fact that their first single is an old song really bothers and worries me. I want new Soundgarden stuff, not remixes.....

You know that Telephantasm is a Best Of, yeah?

I still need to check out Black Rain, hope they release a proper new album and tour the UK!

No, I didn't. How disappointing. Wasn't their last release a Best Of??? How can you do two best ofs consecutively.

ARGGHHHHH..... I'm tired of the hype. For a while there were big speculations for a show at the Showbox in their home city - esp. since it would have been perfect timing with PJ home for a few weeks. But, alas, nothing. I don't know if I still have it in me to get excited over the one and only....

A best of? Oh what a bummer. Oh well if they are going to release songs like this then its still all good

A new best of? Pointless. "A-Sides" has a better tracklist.

I thought they were going to follow Alice in Chains steps.

The first time I saw Soundgarden was in an non-ventilated armory on a 86-degree night in New York City. Chris Cornell cracked jokes between songs, including one about OJ Simpson being driven down a highway while holding a gun to his head. When I got home, I turned on the TV to keep me company while I prepared for bed. And what 's the first thing I see? OJ Simpson being driven down a highway while holding a gun to his head!
