Default Can't see any threads about this, so....

Can I really be the first one with some news for once, or is it just that nobody else likes The Darkness enough to comment? They're releasing their second album "One Way Ticket To Hell .... And Back" is released (at least in the UK) on the 28th November. The tracklisting is:

1. One Way Ticket
2. Knockers
3. Is It Just Me?
4. Dinner Lady Arms
5. Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time
6. Hazel Eyes
7. Bald
8. Girlfriend
9. English Country Garden
10. Blind Man

Some of those songs titles seem a bit, ah, dodgy, but oh well....

One Way Ticket will be released as a single on November 14th

a little from column A a little from column B

i think this'll bomb unless it's great because the whole reason permission to land worked was that it was incredibly fresh top hear a band doing something like that and not taking themselves too seriously but they don't have that advantage now.

I hope it does well. I liked Permission to Land, and really enjoyed their live show. It's either going to be a huge success (like the debut) or bomb. I'm optumistic.

No doubt it's another CD featuring another 10 three minute tracks. Don't particulary like em, but at least they're more interesting than Coldplay.

Heard the single One Way Ticket on the radio this morning ... its quite unremarkable really. Chorus isn't particularly impressive. Nice guitar solo though

Heard it on the way to work yesterday on the radio. I couldn't hear muhc cause the guys who were in the car with me were chatting and laughing so much so I couldn't hear much of it. It sounded alrite though from what I heard, even if it just sounds like I Believe In A Thing Called Love.
