Cool, just had a look on seatwave, cheapest was £47! Found a decent Gaslight Anthem forum, so might chance it and post on there to see if anyone has a spare ticket nearer the time. Failing that i'll do what you suggested and get one from the guys on the street

They will be playing in Amsterdam here in a small venue, costs only €25,00 for a ticket. So you can imagine it was sold out quite fast. No ticket for me.

I just got tickets for night 2 here in NYC. I couldn't get them last Friday when they went on sale but they were available today

i sold mine on gumtree for face value last time. worth checking now and again.

got to listen to it in the car a lot this week and i love it.

american slang had a hard act to follow and i think they tried to change it up too much and it didnt work all the time. now they seem to have got it together with writing like the 1st album and production like the 2nd.

its ridiculous how many hooks are on the record. even the drums are hooky in parts.

thoughts on a 2nd single? i think desire would have bn a great summer single. reminds me of the best unsigned band i ever knew and they kicked the shit out of 99% of whats out there.

Handwritten is on the Radio1 playlist, so my guess is thats the second single. Theres been a video made for it, premiered a few weeks ago,


There was also a video made for Biloxi Parish, although it's really just a picture slideshow with the lyrics over the top,

I've only been able to get online properly from my phone the last few weeks so not seen any of that.

Handwritten's a terrible choice for a single. It's a grea song but there's so many more radio orientated singles on the record.

Less than 8 weeks until the gig
