Some brilliant songs on that album, especially Soul Driver - perhaps in my Top 10 Bruce Songs.

Hmmm, I'm not a fan of Human Touch. Or Lucky Town. I like every Bruce album I've heard apart from those two, his new one and the traditional folk ones.

Lucky Town is one of my favourite Bruce songs...Tis for winners



Anyway, Soul Driver, I hadn't heard it before as I don't actually have either Lucky Town or Human Touch, and it was on a boot I've got and I was like "what a winner song!"

I've got all Bruce's albums, The River is the one I've had trouble getting into.

I like Lucky Town - but Human Touch (apart from the title track) leaves me pretty cold Pony Boy??? Nope - not for me

Yeah Pony Boy is slightly weird :/ But Kathleen, do you not like Soul Driver, Gloria's Eyes, 57 Channels or I Wish I Were Blind?! I think they're the best on the album. The rest of the songs have yet to wash over me properly.

However, my main reasoning for entering this thread today was to ANNOUNCE THAT THE BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN POSTER ADVERTISMENT HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN. So now I don't get to see Bruce on my way to the college bus

That is all, until tonight, when I'll probably have something else to say about Bruce.
