I am really digging the bootleg... sounds a top show.

What do you guys think the chances of Jon turning up to sing a song at one of the shows are? I am hoping Bruce will invite him to sing at least one song for the last time at old stadium.

Is Wrecking Ball good quality from the bootleg? Want to get a decent version on my iPod before next Friday. Wonder if there are plans to release it maybe on a limited "Tour Highlights" EP or something...

Fingers are crossed for an appearance by Jon (and maybe some of the rest of the band). I am fairly certain it must have been discussed but guess it depends on availability.

I think I've recharged my batteries after my very long day that started with me getting up at 4:30 AM on Wednesday in Atlanta in order to make my flight and ended with me falling into bed here in NJ at 3:00 AM on Thursday after the Bruce show and our great diner escapade! LOL I wasn't too energetic yesterday . . . to say the least.

As Kathleen and Brian have said, the show was stunning. The Born To Run segment certainly did it for me. The trumpeter that played during Wrecking Ball was obviously there because of Meeting, and he was so good. Even if they hadn't played anything else, Thunder Road and Meeting straight into Jungleland would have made everything worthwhile. But of course, there was so much more. For some reason, I really like the songs that other people want to use for bathroom breaks/beer runs. Makes me want to throw things at them and say "you're missing this amazing song, you shitheads!" Songs like Into the Fire (which was incredible), Meeting and Hard Times.

I know the folks in Europe will find this amazing, but this was actually my first stadium show. (I've spent a lot of time in stadiums over the years, but that was for football and baseball.) I really enjoyed it, although I think I'll always prefer arenas. I can't wait for tonight when the album they play is Darkness on the Edge of Town. Racing in the Street.

Beautiful in London. I hope everyone who goes has an amazing time tonight. Hearing Darkness from start to finish in Giants Stadium will literally be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I'm honestly still trying to wrap my head around the other night. 4 of my Top 5, 11 of my Top 20 all in one night...wow. Enjoy Darkness tonight guys.

So, for those who were there last night, how was it?

I've watched Racing in the Street and Prove It All Night on YouTube. They sound fantastic.

I haven't even checked YT yet, but those 2 songs were utterly incredible. Absolutely in awe of Roy at the end of Racing and Nils at the end of Prove It All Night. The whole Darkness portion of the show was outstanding, and it was all about the music -- very little use of the screens for anything but showing Bruce and the band. Really, really good. You'll want to look for a video of Long Walk Home, too, because it was great. Steve took over vocals for part of it and just nailed it. I'm not usually a big fan of his voice, but he was right on for that song last night. Jailhouse Rock during the sign portion of the show was terrific and so much fun. I tend to prefer Bruce doing Bruce songs during that segment, but I loved this cover.

Time to listen to Born in the USA one more time in preparation for tonight.

Ah, yes, I did watch that one earlier too. Sounded fantastic. Particularly the extended ending.

Enjoy tonight.

Killer show and an absolutely amazing audience. Again, the album segment was tremendous. BITUSA isn't even one of my favorite albums, but it was massive live. Also even though we've been indicating where the main set ends and the encore begins, keep in mind that they take no break. There are bows after the main set, but they never leave the stage.

Watch for a video of Hungry Heart if you want to see Bruce crowd surf all the way from the back of the pit to the stage. We couldn't believe it when he launched himself into the pit from the walkway between it and regular GA. When he reached the stage, he thanked the crowd for "the lift"!
