This is not a bad thing. I'm glad that WOAD gave them a reason to hit the road again, but I am not a fan of the album.

I couldn't stand the album at first, but most of it has grown on me now, there are still a few duds on it, but I enjoy most now.

And Kingdom Of Days just has to be one of the most beautiful songs ever. As is Life Itself.

In fact, those two are in my top 5 Bruce Springsteen EVER...I think. Life Itself definatley is.

Oh I'm not mad about that. It's jsut that WOAD was my first bruce studio album (Ive had their greatest hits for ages) and it pretty much turned me off from them for a few months, until constant raving from this board forced me to get born to run and live in NY.... Anyway... The only songs I like from WOAD are the wrestler, lucky day and outlaw pete.

If I had as little Bruce as you did I'd...well, it'd feel like starvation.

Go rob a few old ladies, use their money to buy the entire Bruce discography, you'll thank me for it.

DISCLAIMER: I do not condone robbing people for any other reason than getting the money for your next Bruce Springsteen fix.

Well you don't have The Wild, The Innocent And The E Street Shuffle in your collection so it's obviously not enough

I'm a big, big fan of WOAD. I have been from the first listen.

There's not one song on it that I don't enjoy. I think it flows extremely well and Outlaw Pete, Life Itself, Kingdom of Days and The Wrestler are four Springsteen classics.

I think together The Rising, Magic and WOAD are a phenomenal expression of Bruce and the ESB. They're all hugely different albums that are fantastic in their own right but viewed together are an absolutely spectacular conclusion to the E-Street band (if WOAD turns out to be their last album).
