However I prefer thinking that I have a good grounding in rock and roll history LOL. Tell someone how old YOU feel when you are 60. I think the operative phrase is - I'm still ME

You're only as old as the man you feel
As I get older I really think "age" is a fairly subjective thing.
I work with a guy who is always saying he is tired wants to go home etc... and he's in his early 50s. He's convinced himself that he's old so he acts and feels it.
On the other hand my neighbour out here was 65 (retirement age in the UK) and although physically he looked 65, he acted like he was 20 (but in a good way) he never played the old man card, he'd go to the gym, he played practical jokes etc... and even now he's officially retired, he's gone home to start rebuilding tractors in his shed part as a hobby part as a business.
Made me totally rethink how I look at myself because I'd started convincing myself that I was getting older and couldn't do this or that or act like this or that anymore a while ago.
