Jon Landau said in the RS interview that a WOAD live DVD is being released this year, no other official info as yet though. Rumour has it that it could be from Hyde Park.

Cheers, I thought the Giants stadium shows would have been the obvious choice...

I was at the Giants shows, but if I could pick what could be a DVD, it would be The River show from MSG.

The River is probably the album I listen to least, so a DVD of that double-disc ****er would bore me to death I dunno why - the first disc has some great songs, and the second disc has one of my favourites (Point Blank) on it, but I dunno, there's just something about that entire album I dislike. I think it might be the cover art.

Yeah, i went to the wild and the innocent show, so would love to see that released...however i love those river rockers so much ...nothing like ramrod/cadillac ranch/crush on you/you can look to put a massive smile on my face...so i dunnno....should be an MSG show thought tbh.

Yup - me too. That show was awesome.

I'm not a huge fan of the River myself. It drags in places and just doesn't feel Brucie enough.

and The River is one of my alltime favourite album! maybe 'cause it was the first
album I heard with Bruce but I love all the songs on the album so I do really hope
they will release a The River Box down the live too. However, I seems like they're
going for a European show to release from the WOAD tour maybe because they
do not want a "whole album" show.

Well, I'm having a pretty awful night and an awful week. Per custom during these wonderful occasions, I surf youtube looking for music to fit the mood and point me in a better direction. So I notice one of my friends on facebook has Spirit of the Night favorited. I checked it out. I've heard the song before, but I never actually SAT down and listened to it... I loved it. Playing it over and over.

So what else should this Brooce noob try again?
