Was Bruce on the cover of Q? If not, do you remember who was? It takes forever for Q to get to the bookstores over here. I have to keep dropping in to check, and it helps if I know who to look for. Thanks, Oli!

EDIT - I just found the cover on the Q website, and Bruce is on it. That will make it easy to watch for!
I only knew about the interview cos The Boss was on the cover I was looking for FHM...I mean...Countryside Life...and the image of Bruce caught my eye

Also, there's a really cool picture in there of the crowd at some show and someone's holding up a sign that says

"I WANT TO STRAP MY HANDS ROUND YOUR ENGINES

WENDY XXX"

Which I thought was pretty damn cool

Thanks! I'm definitely interested. I'll buy a copy eventually, but I know from trying to get the issue with the interview with JBJ last year that Q doesn't reach U.S. outlets until about a month after it goes on sale in Britain.

A very poor Greatest Hits with a lot of missing songs, though I will get it for the sake of collecting

Bruce played his first Europe show of the tour yesterday. This was the setlist:

May 30, 2009
Landgraaf, Holland
Pink Pop Festival

Badlands
Out In The Street
She's The One
Outlaw Pete
Radio Nowhere
Working On A Dream
Seeds
Johnny 99
The Ghost Of Tom Joad
Raise Your Hand
From Small Things
Trapped
I'm On Fire
Thunder Road
Waiting On A Sunny Day
The Promised Land
Lonesome Day
The Rising
Born To Run

Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out
Land Of Hope And Dreams
American Land
Glory Days
Dancin' In The Dark

The organisation of the festival promised that Springsteen would play 3 hours but when the schedule was done he just could do a normal show. I thought Springsteen would play his 3 hours but he didn't. A very standard setlist but I heard the atmosphere was great.

I salute you,
Thunderstrucker

We also thought that the festival was being webcast but it turned out that Bruce didn't give permission for that. Or at least that's the way I heard it. Personally I think that's a mistake on his part.

I agree Kathleen that it was a mistake. Kinda ironic that he wouldn't allow his show to be webcasted but he made that awful deal with Walmart
