Hey guys, don't post on JT much these days due to disillusionment with the band themselves, but I thought I'd pop into the Bruce thread and see what's up.

Darkness boxset sounds ****ing ace, can't wait to get my paws on it eventually. Gonna watch the documentary on iPlayer tomorrow - listened to the album recently and it's absolutely wanktastic in terms of songwriting. Adam Raised A Cain is the only song on it I don't like, because of the generic arena rock tune (same with Cover Me on BITUSA) but even that has a pretty good lyric. My qualm with the record is that the production is a bit shitty (especially considering Bruce is such a perfectionist and put so much into the recording and songs) but hopefully the re-recording will provide a nice raw alternative.

Any word on new material?

ALSO - anyone heard Townes Van Zandt's version of Racing In the Street? The man had a beautiful, melancholic voice and I highly recommend that recording.
