Oh no Kathleen it was a totally different crowd.

yours sounds like frat boys, down there it was total dyed in the wool yuppie scum.

My brother was at the festival last year to see aerosmith and had warned me that it was nothing like going to a festival or even a gig up here.

Some cunt who decided to lay a blanket down and have a picnic in the middle of the crowd moaned at me when I had to step on it when I was going to the bar.

One guy went to grass my mates old man up for rolling a J. We almost came to blows over that.

A woman was moaning about the crowd being around her young daughter who had decided she was going to go lie down on their blanket for a sleep halfway through the boss' set.

Someone else complained about me and a friend talking whilst James Morrison was on. If you're going to the trouble of zoning out 100 or so dB of music to be offended by 2 guys having a private conversation 10 feet away then you're out there just looking to be offended.

So many blankets out IN the crowd that you couldn't move without standing on one of the stupid cunts "patch"

It was just a loathe atmosphere and as i pertained to earlier, these kind of people just don't get what an outdoor gig is all about and thus shouldn't be there ruining it for everyone else who wants to have some fun.

I will admit I've been to concerts where i've done more than my fair share to cause aggrivation whether it's through being drunk or generally just being a pain in the arse but there were a sizeable amount of people at this gig who, I really dunno what they were expecting, but to come to a gig like that and basically act like crypto fascists is just a joke.
