btw here's a live on tv medley some might enjoy

IDK if the lady who sings with him in the second part is an earlier musical guest or just a fan in the audience (probably a fan)

this was on Irish tv but I can't find out when it was broadcast

Cuts Like A Knife - 40th Anniversary, Live From The Royal Albert Hall

I haven’t listened to the original album in a long time so this might be a great way to revisit it.

Bryan Adams has also released 2 albums called Classic, Parts I & II which include re-recorded versions of several of his past hits;

Part I
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL..._aGuzFhSyJSvxY

Part II
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...C6yREdRdR4W45F

After a quick listen to some of these, they’re not too different to the originals, which is a testament to Bryan really given that he’s still got that awesome voice of his, but not really worth the investment for us. Same goes for the music/production as well. Apparently he’s having difficulty getting the rights to his own music from his previous record label hence why he’s decided to do this. Def Leppard did a similar thing around 10 years ago.

I still love the fact that he played the entire Reckless album when I saw him in Cardiff in 2004. He’d never done this before as “Ain’t Gonna Cry” apparently had never been played live until then. I’d not heard the entire album by that point and I purchased the album some days later so listening to Reckless often reminds me of that show.

I don't know any artist who announces he'll play the album in full and subsequently skips two songs of the album. Neither Black Pearl or I've Finally Found Someone were played. This would be the equivalent of promising to play the These Days record in full except for If That's What It Takes and Bitter Wine.

This year around the second set of his show was a lot worse as well with so many songs from his latest record spread across them just to be able to try them out for the third show.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Saw Bryan Adams yesterday in Dusseldorf. He still sounds great, setlist was meh for me, too many ballads. And the new songs are not that good. Keith Scott stood out, he sounded amazing.
