Why would Noel be jealous of Phil Collins? He hates the type of music Phil stands for, and in the past 15 or so years (though not in the long run) Oasis have been more succesful than Phil/Genesis. Let's not forget that in 1996 one in 20 British people applied for tickets to see Oasis at Knebworth, their first two albums are constantly in the top 10 in best album lists, (What's The Story) Morning Glory is in the top 3 biggest selling albums of all time in the UK, every album of theirs has got to number one here, 3 top 5 albums in the US, Definitely Maybe is the fastest selling debut album in British chart history, this year they sold 500,000 tickets in about 2 hours...need I go on? Nothing to be jealous about.
