A couple of people have mentioned that album sales alone are not an accurate reflection of the 'greatness' of a band, which I think is a fair enough statement. Another thing to add to that is that more Grammys certainly do not equal a better band! Surely U2 are not 15 times better than Bon Jovi just because they have won far more Grammys than them?!
Also, did HAND not make the cut-off or whatever it is to receive nominations etc this year? It seems to be going fairly well in a number of places around the world, yet nothing was mentioned about it at Grammy time.
I love U2, I'm seeing them 3 times in the next 6 weeks, but people can get a bit overhyped about them, mainly because of Bono and his 'New Jesus' thing. They are still making some quality music though.
