Yes you KISS freak
http://www.riaa.com/gp/bestsellers/topartists.asp

Led Zeppelin - 106.000.000
Kiss - 19.000.000

guess they outsold Led Zeppelin easily.
And that's only USA.The ZEP's were much much bigger in Europe than Kiss.
So get your FACTS Kiss freak!

I know.Led Zeppelin were around only in the 70s,whereas KISS were around in the 80s as well and even in the 90s.
Led Zeppelin 4 and Physical Grafitti have sold alone more than all Kiss albums together.

However, i didn't like that EASILY in your post because KISS were in Europe not even close to Led Zeppelin .

No you are very dumb. Ice knows about everything about Kiss and you're trying to prove you're right about your statement while like he said there really was a Kiss bomb in that time and they outsold Zep in that time. You don't read what the argument is about but just keep on repeating your statement.

Sebastiaan

Led Zeppelin didn't sell as well as kiss in the latter part of the 70's. Leds have sold records consistantly all the time, where as KISS' sales dropped during 80's and 90's. This isn't about who's sold more albums in total or which one's a better band, but record sales in the late 70s.

I don't doubt that Ice is a huge Kiss fan but hat hysteria made around KISS didn't reflect the album sales.ALIVE was huge and it's one of the best Live albums ever if not the best but it didn't outsell Zeppelin. That's just crap.I mean, do you really think that a band that still tours and still brings albums out does not sell more than a band that has playd for one decade and then disbanded.Come on,it's ridiculouse.Just look at the dufference.
And besides, before ALIVE Kiss didn't really sell well because there was always something missing. So they started to sell after 1975.Imagine Led Zeppelin who were in the top 10s after their firts album.

It's as simple.

P.S.:I meant dumb in a good way.Too bad you felt it in an other way.Who knows....

Nobody said it did. I said "KISS outsold Zeppelin in the late 70s". Which is to say: after Alive! came out KISS back catalogue started selling and all their records sold really well. They sold more records then than Zeppelin did in the same period.

Check RIAA. KISS has more gold records than any other American band in the history of recorded music. All their post-75, pre-80 albums sold gold before they hit the stores.
