It will be interesting to check the result of his voice in a current studio recording.

Not new album confirmed, but Phil said in a reels he posted that Bon Jovi will indeed be touring around the world next year and "there's a lot going on".

Yeah it was interesting - I kinda feel like he held back on saying something. He stopped to think and then said "2024 - that's the short answer" - almost as there's something he shouldn't say about this year - Jon's voice, Richie - who knows. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it. To be honest, I'm surprised he's even allowed to say about the tour next year! Everything is usually kept so quiet until announced.

They are probably finishing some songs in the studio and recording brand new ones for the box set or whatever they want to release for the anniversary. I guess the mini docu-series looks like it will be released this year, maybe this fall (end of the year?) and announce the 2024 tour dates at the same time.

Hi, was just listening to Jon on Andy Cohens channel on Sirius from yesterday. He said they were sitting on 20 or so new songs for a possible new album next year, to coincide with the 40th. On a side note, his voice was very hoarse…hope it gets better.

His voice is beyond shot. I really don't want to hear about a new release after 2020 which I thought sounded awful! It's a shame his voice got so bad. There have been singers that still sound great well past Jon's age.

As a Fan I've accepted that Jon's vocal voice is beyond help, it seems the wear of blowing his vocal cords throughout his career and smoking has contributed to his current and final state of his vocal cords and current sound of his speaking voice.

Is Bon Jovi now a legacy band? Yes, even causals want to hears the hits of the 80's, 90's and IML and HAND. ( Which he now struggles with)

I did like 2020: Beautiful Drug, Luv Can, Shine, Blood in the Water, Let it Rain, Brother in Arms and Limitless.

Happy if we can get a least one or two rockish type songs on an a Album now!

Singing on an Album with the tricks they do, doesn't hide singing live, which JBJ will always struggle with.....

I'm happy to follow Bon Jovi as the final point approaches, knowing full well that anything JBJ produces won't match even HAND Album standards these days ( pardon the pun) More like THINFS OR 2020......

But as JBJ has said The fans can stay on the journey or jump off at anytime....

People will be very divided on this topic of a new album.

I've been a fan pretty much since inception and I'll hang in there until the end.

Even though those past few releases have not held up to anything prior, I still always welcome new music. There is a comfort that goes along with it all. I might not thoroughly enjoy an entrie album from start to finish but i still find a song or two to enjoy. You can pretty much say the above about any aged band. Unless you're a diehard Springsteen fan, I don't think the average Joe or even the causal fan is waiting on the edge of their seat for the new album to drop...

A new album welcomes interviews, videos, live music and more. I've been following it for 40 years of my life and I find comfort in it. If they could get Richie and Phil on a stage together, I'd totally overlook Jon's vocal struggles.

I'm hopeful that there is some type of restoration for his voice. Even if he's raspy, I just hope his breathing and pacing has been corrected.

Well I think I enjoyed 2020 more than THINFS so for me go ahead Jon! drop some new songs.

My concern is .... what happen if the studio tricks don't works this time?

Overall 2020 didn't have terrible voices, they're not great but I can enjoy it. But listening at the current interviews.... seems he's at the point where even studio tricks can't fix his vocal problems. I hope John Shanks again does some magic in that matter.
