I had lunch with my best friend today. She's been a big Richie fan forever (or at least since Jon got married). She's convinced he's going to wind up like Jani Lane. She's known plenty of addicts and she thinks Richie is on drugs based on the few clips we've seen of him over the past few months.

jons mentions richie and alec before wanted , looks like a clear indication richie is past...deep down i believe/hope richie will be back but imo it will be the saddest end of the band for me...if jon decides he should move on with bobby and phill x...
jon tries to prove to anyone that everything is still great and richie is fully replaced...as a leader he knows he have to go on and sell tickets but putting down richie and acting like nth changed makes him look like an idiot imo, he should at least be more honest... as for richie...really dissapointed...i dont know if he is back in the juice but the guy looks a mess, i hope he puuls his shit together. |

He mentioned the people that were on stage with him first and then mentioned the people that weren't there. I don't think this indicates anything or is putting anybody down! |

overall the circle, sonically, is the best of the three. indeed you're correct in saying the drums on some tracks are huge-had they sounded like they did on say "happy now" on the bulk of HAND it wouldn't have tanked so bad. I just don't understand why they persist with him-he clearly doesn't inspire the band or challenge them-they need a new arsehole torn-Mutt Lange would give them their biggest hit record in years. |
