what the water made me imo could be a good opener...bad name should always be on the 2nd or 3rd spot in a live setting. the album failed to gain any interest, i believe it has some nice moments but maybe this will be the push jon needs to change many things in the process of making records...
i hope we hear from richie soon and he comes back stronger...

ps.does anyone knows where the stage set up has gone???i havent seen it in the recent photos and videos...is it gone?:puppydog:

Feel free to shoot me though but Richie's absence seems to have brought Jon out of whatever was wrong with him at the start of the tour. That video for Water, even with his guitar, he's moving...

yes i saw some pictures and there was no background(the 3d columns)...probably it was hidden and they came out in the other songs

I said that the last time Richie was missing too (just about exactly 2 years ago). Jon really went out of his way to "carry the show" a bit more and he also talked to the audience more. I enjoyed both of the shows I saw with Phil.

which proves for me once more that jon rushed the whole process for no reason...why starting a tour etc etc without doing any real promo or playing your heart out ? why was he on auto pilot and bored most of the time? i admire jon for being a professional and a bussinesman but many years now he has stop being an artist...since he doesnt enjoy certain arenas shows for example why doesnt he change things up? they could do a 5 month stadium tour instead of playing arenas mostly for the money and the billboard/pollstar awards at the end of the season...
since it was obviously his choice to embark to yet another world tour its funny to act like you dont wanna be there, and not trying your best...(i realise he cant give 100% every single night but in the first leg jon was dissapointing bad )
