All wrong. They should have included Rosie, In America and Cadillac Man instead of Stick To Your Guns, Wild is the Wind and Homebound Train. That first. Choosing the final version with chorus "I Know" on Does Anybody Really Fall In Love Anymore. And make a better mastering. This was not so hard, just use common sense.

On 1 of the choruses it is. It sounds so shitty it's shocking they put it on the box set.

Obie really has messed up anything we've had to get excited about as Bon Jovi fans. I wonder if Jon knows and doesn't care because he's pals with him, or if Jon's not aware of just how much some of the fans can't stand the guy.

Also include, We All Sleep Alone!

They managed to F-up the best song on the Set. I'm sure they know that they picked a different version, I'm sure Jon was in on that call too, and I still think it has something to do with the other released versions being identical.

The idea of this set is to give us the most completed feel for each song being that "we never heard them before"... Diamond Ring I get because it's on TDs so the idea behind that is to provide it differently so the pre-production version works.

All the other songs should feel completed as if they were produced somehow in the studio. I initially wondered why Does Anybody was so far down the track listing too.

I was hoping it would be one of those deals where they say "stop, lets do it again" and then redo it with the I Knows but it's doubtful. Based on the track time and chimes leading into the next verse, I'm not getting that.

I think that's my least favorite.

I absolutely love the old demo recordings we've had for decades now but this mix falls totally flat on me as well.

I'm done with these on-line versions too. I don't think the quality is as sharp as to what will be on the CD.

I'm already anticipating the next announcement. Hopefully Crush with the completed Sex Sells as a Bonus disc, then KTF as it's originally intended double CD.

It's because it's got the same kind of mix they're doing for the live releases, meaning it's very flat and compressed, and doesn't actually sound like a real band playing, and the music doesn't breathe anymore. It's kind of what I expected.

I think the star launch will who comes at Christmas. I hope it's a new box set. I'd hate a compilation of the last live tour or similar.

Yeah, how depressing would that be. I simply wouldn't buy it.

That said, I think the only way we'll get a live DVD is alongside some other release or if they just haven't bothered doing anything else.

Well, I would be very happy if they release An Evening With BJ remastered on DVD.

Extended four hour version I trust? That'd be awesome!

RECAP:

Next week is the big release day in the US... Just focusing on disc 2, we already have 6 of the 13 songs.

- Homebound Train
- Full Moon High
- Now And Forever
- Judgement Day
- Diamond Ring
- Growing Up The Hard Way

- On top of that we also got to hear 30 seconds of each song off the entire album.

(I will say that all the full versions posted on Soundcloud and Yahoo Video aren't as good in quality as the I-Tune versions (obviously). I did a comparison using Full Moon High... so if you still don't think that they are up to par based on all these full samples, it does get even better. )

All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality results of this set. Diamond Ring was actually a really nice surprise.

Unfortunately, due to all the above, there really isn't too much for me to look forward to on release day - Damm I hate the internet but I just can't help myself.

My big three are now:

- House Of Fire
- Does Anybody Fall In Love - I'll hold my breath
- And the Booklet - mainly for the overview on each song

I did do a mini mix of the "I Knows" using the sample and leaked version. I was just curious to hear how it blended and it actually mixed pretty well. It's not going to be perfect and not an alternate to the Deluxe Version but it will satisfy a void for those who need it.

Other than that, I hope they make the next announcement soon as to what future release we can expect.

Thanks everyone for staying on top of this and making this release somewhat enjoyable. And although we can pretty much write-off Cadillac Man at this point (which aside from the I Knows being removed, might be the other big disappointment with this set), BONJOVI90 did an amazing job providing us a really get version in the best quality I own to date... Good Stuff....
