I like that set list--especially Destination Anywhere, Whole Lot of Leaving, Superman Tonight (one of the few songs I like from The Circle), Make a Memory, In These Arms. Overall, it sounds like a nice show.

Why are some songs underlined? Any idea?
|
Every 3 song is underlined, I guess the songs themselves don't matter, it's just a trick to indicate timing, maybe a break every 3 song to allow the fans to ask questions (it was a meet & greet event) + to grant Jon's singing voice a rest.
|
In my cubicle, my setlist from March 8th 2010 (Denver) shows the first three songs underlined, then 6, then four, four, and the list ends with Wanted and Prayer (audible being "Runaway" in there)
Maybe it's break/talk points in the show? I've always wondered this as well. If the Bahamas setlist is any indication of Jon's current headspace, I am very excited for the new stuff. Even if he goes political again with "Be the Revolution" type songs, it's MUCH MUCH more relevant now than he was TRYING to make it be with "The Circle" and "WAN". Certainly in America anyway. Just a thought. |
did he say anything about richie, new album etc...?
