That wasn't sarcasm.

Thanks for the explanation, Richie.

That tweet from Richie is a joke. Sorry but any sympathy I did have for him, I've lost. It's a kick in the teeth for fans who bought tickets, on the basis they'd be seeing the full band. He's made his living from being in a band that tours the world, if he's fit and healthy I see no good reason why he's pulled out after committing to the shows.

In fact reading his tweet just makes me think, I'm gonna go and have a "****ing great" time, lets hope this doesn't seriously bite you on the arse eh Richie?!

South Africa & Europe Ticket Holders:

Any customer that wishes to refund their ticket to any Bon Jovi show in South Africa or Europe due to the absence of Richie Sambora may do so by returning their ticket to the original point of sale no later than the day before the show.

This is good news for all of you in Europe and SA. I'm glad for all of you that don't have to travel to get your refunds, and for those of you that just feel that seeing the band minus Richie just isn't something you want to do.

I'm fine with not knowing the reason Richie took a break from the tour. I'm sure he has his reasons. I'm glad he's fine. I don't feel like he owes me an explanation. He's entitled to privacy. And now that refunds are offered to those who want them, there is really no reason to complain.

I was never interested in why is he absent...I just want to know when he will be returning.
