The 2CD version is up on itunes now for £11.99 in the UK. Curiously the only track that can be bought individually is the demo of Homebound Train :S

I changed my country to Belgium (on iTunes) and the album is there. You can only listen to the Homebound Train demo. Don't know why I was expecting an even better audio quality, but well, it's a 25 years old demo so it's ok.ç
