Has anybody who bought their tickets from SeeTickets actually received their refund yet?

Yep, I got an email confirmation yesterday stating that the refund will take 3-5 days. They did say it won't be processed until today as of the bank holiday, seems mines going through.

Still undecided whether to go to birmingham or go for rufund but can anyone who bought tix through sparkart, through the fanclub, just clarify for me how you went about claiming the refund, did you just reply to your original confirmation email asking for a refund? & was it just the ticket value or did it include the fees, which i seem to remember were about £20 on top? Many thanks

Have people seen this interview with the Jon ?? Talk about being a grump. This was when Richie was onboard.

Yes, I've seen it. Jon didn't do himself any favours with that interview. I doubt anybody unfamiliar with Bon Jovi would be motivated to buy the new record or tickets after watching that. Jon should leave the interviews to Richie, David and Tico. They come across as more likeable and down to earth.

I actually find that he comes across as quite honest and down-to-earth in that video - I remember interviews from the mid-90s when he really was a prick ;-)

I think the issue is he is bored with all of the "safe" questions but refuses to answer the ones that we all want to know. His interviews are so controlled I would bet there is a sheet of things you cannot ask him.

I prefer hearing from the other members.

That scarf he was always wearing so perfectly placed over his shoulder was so annoying. Made him look like a pretentious ass.

Jon has his moments.. Sometimes he's really charismatic and funny other times he is insufferable.
IMO, his biggest asshole moment was when he and Richie did an interview promoting HAND. Richie did all of the talking and Jon just sat there annoyed, letting out big sighs and looking at his watch every now and then...
It's probably on YouTube as well, but don't have a link right now.
