There was a 10 day break between USA and Africa with no apparent movement. The only hope here is likely if someone else intervenes and knocks their heads together.

Anyone that can hear RS or anyone but JBJ is deluding themselves. As a musician and producer, you can do so many things in recording software these days that I would put cold hard cash on there being no one but Jon on this track.
The low vocal will just be either JBJ singing low or it auto-tuned down an octave.
There's no RS soul here. And certainly no Tico.
