I do it quite often, but only if I think it looks nice in that moment. It is just annoying that we've had some pretty nice sunsets recently and I can't get the angle for a good shot anywhere.

i know you do. as gay as it sounds i think the sky looks quite pretty most of the times. the clouds dont need to be in some unusual pattern to look good, sometimes they look pretty just being there.

where i live thers a big field like on my doorstep an the sun always sets there plus theres like all the towers and gas buildings andshit in the skyline and that would make a really cool picture IMO

Sometimes it can look a little boring if there aren't many clouds, but I have got some great shots of the sky at different times

Well if I went up the road to the college there is a phone mast on a ladder, I bet if I climbed that I'd get some good shots :p though I'm not sure it is worth endangering my life for a shot
