This. I could spend all day watching this kind of footage. Imagining seeing how "New Years Day" turned into the band song, as Jon said it was David ideia in the studio. Imagining see Richie thinking in use the 2 necks guitar on HAND...man, I would love to see that kind of things. And know that they have it and simply don't give it to us (or even sell!!) kills me all time.

I'm not sure how much relevance this holds yet the deluxe version of 2020 has suddenly jumped to number 10 on the itunes album charts here in the U.S.

It's the magic a (small) promotion can do (even if it's on Times Square for Spotify). Also Jon appeared on TV yesterday so that helps too.

And in fact it was No. 9 yesterday.

I dig that people are purchasing the much better deluxe version. Meaning Luv Can and Shine will be included in their experience.

Yeah, and that's something I really liked about "2020".

Jon wanted to make a topical record and for this reason he replaced Shine and Luv Can with AR and DWYC leaving them as bonus tracks. Obviously they'd make the album more commercial and lighter, however he choosed meaning over charts. Damn I'm glad we got to listen to these songs, but I do admire and respect "Jon's vision" for this record.
