Probably the most ridiculous post so far in this thread and there has been some shit.

The biggest pile of shit was your post about the band not missing Richie. A real steamer that one..

Sorry, if the mods want to merge/delete, no problem. I hadn't seen the other threads

I don't think Becky's that far off. Richie has talked about doing a new record since 2001 and it kept getting put to the side for band reasons. He ended up making at the same time as a band record, watched it tank and shows get cancelled and then go on the road to promote a record he wasn't a ton involved with (both in co-writes and actual recording IMHO). That's got to be a kick in the pride nuts. Albums not selling well while on a band break, sure. but he still wants to be out there promoting Aftermath.

Agreed. Blame the guy that's still on stage. Good call.

Jon's not the one who's not doing his f***ing job because of "personal reasons" while claiming that he's tip top and smiling. If Richie does have a problem with the fact that Jon can still fill stadiums without him, his ego is the one with the issues. It's not Jon's fault that Richie's albums don't sell and his North American shows didn't sell either. Those shows were to be done long before WAN was released.

I will be sorry to miss him in Milan but i will make sure to support Phil as much as i can. He is going to be there, after all, with the rest of the guys while Sambora lives it large in LA without a care in the world for the people who gave him all that in the first place. Ourselves.

Sad but true :(

That'd probably the most fan-friendly explanation of this whole thread - "his heart's just not into it right now and he'd rather be out there doing his own thing" I guess?

This guy tweeted a video to Phil earlier asking him to follow him.

@dpcarlow: @TheRealPhilX here you go, just for you..http://t.co/rEl2OWgnPw

It worked.

The guy's latest tweet is this:

@dpcarlow: @iSupportSambora my shirt for slane on Saturday :-) http://t.co/fWwbGRBth8

Yeah, except no one gives a shit about "his own thing". The band used to have a saying that went "We'd play a pay toilet and use our own change." That holds true for Richie.
