I still think that once it's official that Richie is no longer a Bon Jovi member there'll be people turning its back against Jon.

And I am not sure if David and Tico will want to be in the band.

After that tour ends- in any way this will be- BJ won't be the same.
At least not as we knew them.

Good post. It makes sense.

I think they had a scuffle over something and Richie said I've had enough. Jon didn't contact him because he knew Richie didn't want to hear from him. Jon doesn't seem like he cares about Richie not being there and I doubt he'll be the first to make contact.

I think that no matter what Jon says in PUBLIC--we love him, there is no fight, he isn't fired, we want him back--in PRIVATE he has for whatever reason created an impasse and made it difficult for Richie to return and is also making it difficult/impossible for Richie to do his own thing with his own music.

Jon doesn't give up and he doesn't give in. I can understand that as it is his band, his brand. Richie for whatever reason is taking a stand. I can respect that even if the fallout is his own fan base. However my message to the both of them is to build bridges rather than burn them.

This is a little bit Chinese Whispers but I have heard than JBJ re-negotiated all the band members contracts; previously the band (Richie, Dave and Tico) were all on a % of the fees for each concert but they now on a set rate per show-which is presumably smaller.

And Richie won't agree to the new pay rate.

I don't believe that at all

-Jon is believed the king of mambo, Jon's ego is bigger than I thought.

-Now, it's just a show of Jon Bon Jovi. The special magic of BON JOVI is gone.

You're not the brightest rolo. At all.

Sissy3 06-17-2013 09:25 PM

I have no problem with Jon having an ego. I would imagine you'd need some sort of ego to push a group to the level he believed it could be, and to keep it going for 30 years.

New theory: rolo_tomaichi is Richie Sambora, all the time it was his undercover ID and he did all this not only to bash Jon Bon Jovi (who he's jealous of) but to test his Photoshop skills.

If you join all the pieces, it all makes sense.
