You can get a 3 months free subscription and then cancel it,so if Im not wrong, all the shows released till now had been given for free.

Captain_jovi 10-29-2021 12:13 AM

Aha got it, now I understand. So they're not releasing this on a free service. Its still heavily paywalled, it just lets you try it out for a bit. There's a big difference between those two things.

Yes, right.

Night 3... I'm over it.

...and back to mono

rolo_tomachi 10-30-2021 12:41 AM

Wembley is fantastic but it is not something unpublished. All fans have them in their own files .. and in stereo!

I don't understand why jump in mono. A disaster.

: ???:

Meanwhile at JBJ Experience .. nothing happens.

I honestly don't think there are many people who work for Jon that know what fans want... Or have the balls to challenge him on anything outside the box.

Obie might be the only one who might have a clue and there is no close second person.

The only ones listening to live concerts on Bon Jovi satellite radio are die hards and die hards have London 2016 and Wembley 1995 so it just puzzles me why they continue to go down these roads.

I predicted Night 3 when they announced Wembley 95 because I know how pathetic Bon Jovi management is.

It's always one step forward, two steps back.

Once they start losing listeners and then shut down Bon Jovi radio, they'll wonder why.

Who wants to bet if Wembley 1995 round 3 will appear on JBJ Experience? :)

not false. I, who have been in the group since 1984, would like concerts from 84 to 87 because for me it is the best time. Concerts of 85 I have several on soundboard, but the group must have tons ...

It did have the bum note in Always in it, so at least it was the unedited recording of the night.

Rdkopper 10-31-2021 01:01 PM

I heard a couple bum guitar notes too

I missed it the other night, was the setlist unedited or just Always?

Seemed unedited, even ISWID was with full cover songs.

artinis1 10-31-2021 05:44 PM

Any chance they release these shows in a big box set for the 40th?

Tomorrow unfortunately Jon solo in Paris 1997 and this time NO JOKING. They are so incredibly dissapointing.

I do think we'll get those shows eventually. Red Bank too... A lot of covers and a few originals value those shows a little different so maybe closer to the holidays or even the '24 Box.

Not sure why they are releasing already what's in circulation. Again, I think its either just a lazy way out because the music is already mixed... Or it comes down to money/licensing/royalties etc.

Does Bobby get paid again for a show he was already paid out on? Verses them playing a random show that was never released? But then again, they played a random show from '06 that Bobby played on so who knows why they do what they do?

I just think they have a different mindset going into this... We think they are just giving the diehard fans what they aways wanted and they think they are reaching news fans so throwing these shows that have already been released is a safe decision.

I think the Red Bank shows will be aired in December - that would certainly make sense

And I agree - I think they are using the material that is ready to go to start with...hopefully while they digitise and mix the unused stuff.

I'd be happy with any of the 90s ones.

2014? (You mean the JBJ show done in July?)

The jackpot for me would be 1990. But at this rate, who knows if it will even be this year.

Sorry, Red Bank 2014 was not a Christmas show.

Red Bank 1990 would be very crazy.

In my opinion that's a close second to Hammersmith...

1991 would be the Soul Truth. It's really a tough call...

Something tells me that we'll never see either one of them because of all the screaming back then.

If we get a Red Bank show, it'd probably be something like 1992 or 1993 since they were the most standard ones
The evening show of 1991 could be ace since no one has ever heard that.

Agree. I believe '92 and '93 were professionally recorded... And a bunch of songs were used for Bsides.

hi

it is much easier to use what already exists. For Paris 97 (I was there) it was released on several soundboard CDs, so the full concert on a double CD.

95 and 96 were both definitely professionally recorded too.

I guess Paris 97 refers to Elysee-Montmartre, June 10.

A great show, I hope it's the whole show.

lolo5769 11-06-2021 12:35 AM

Hello to all

The Paris concert was cut into 5 pieces. I do not understand why. Likewise, Obie didn't do an intro

Songs like Balze of Glory
Midnight in Chelsea
Billy get your guns
Wanted dead or alive
i'll sleep when I'm dead

were cut.... strange....

During today's replay Obie intro was added and he explained he had some issues with recording hardware during show. I had as well since my VPN broke at night... :)

First notice: He seems to have had trouble recording the shows quite regularly.
Second notice: Why do they always chose those kind of shows for release?

Jon always appeared as THE perfectionist. But I have the feeling the whole organization is full of amateurs. And as we all know: Crap rolls downhills...

Which show except Wembely 1988 had issues?

bonjovi90 11-06-2021 03:19 PM

Kind of hard to believe that the couldn't record it properly since the missing songs exist as full Soundboard recordings from that night.
