Richie and Jon are actually international assassins, the 30 years of being in a rock band have all been a cover. They're latest assignment is to eliminate Bono. Therefore, they've staged an elaborate ruse culminating in the Edge comments. The plan now is for Richie to stay away from Bon Jovi long enough for Bon Jovi and U2 to do a guitarist swap, allowing Richie to get close enough to Bono to finish the job.

Into The Echo is a fantastic song, has something magical in the air, this song should have closed the album, and had thrown The Fighter or Amen out.

I love the chorus, the interpretation of Jon is magnificent, and the guitar solo is very epic. The end of the album would have been magical.
