What do you expect him to say? The quote is from Tico's only public event and he knew he would be asked that question. He certainly isn't going to confirm that it is Jon and Richie having a fight.

Well, Tico would certainly KNOW if it was a feud since he's actually in the band, so tdon't think there's a hair to be split of him saying he "thinks" it's personal problems. If there was a problem between Jon and Richie, Tico and Dave would know about it.

Surely, they do know. But that doesn't mean they're going to confirm anything to the press.
