Found this clip of the vocal track on Youtube. Sounds legit. Is this from a demo or the actual album version?

it is London as per SWW CD Booklet.

This, and it still is for me. Doesn't matter how many people hear 'and'...

He's effectively reading out a list though, so "and" makes sense in the context - "hey" does not.

The intro to Never Say Goodbye should have made the album.

Yes, that's one of the better bits. The end of Livin' on a Prayer is a bit odd though.
