The remix worked really well and the crowd seemed to enjoy it. Another way to reach the younger audience, well done! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

This is completely out of character for Jon, pretty awesome to see him loosening up more. Who cares if it was only a backing track, it was great seeing him jump around and actually have fun.

You can kinda hear him sing more clearly in this video Love how happy he seems. |
I enjoyed it. It's weird at first but he looks great.

And yeah - I hear some glimpses of a voice there, who knows who knows... |

Skip to 38:40. Armin mentions buying Bon Jovi records as a kid, pretty odd for a trance DJ. And to me Jon didn't look comfortable at all in the first minute or so; it was pretty (understandably) awkward considering he was not in his element, but he got better as the track progressed. BTW, the remix is dope, but as all festival mix it includes mashups with other tracks (I hear Swedish House Mafia's Greyound in it). Let's hear how the studio version sound. |

Another video that gives some nicer audio. You can hear more of what parts Jon sings. It's definitely not lip syncing so that's cool :) Also around the 2 minute mark there's some nice vocals, not amazing just better

At 2:07 that rasp was another part took from the gospel version like i already mentioned, wasn’t live right???? In this video this part seems almost live… |

If you want to hear Jon's live vocals this is the clearest video:

Ok, I'm really liking the return of the Raspyness! Feels like it's been a while...
|
Yeah, that at 1:25 is definitely live. Ofc its only one raspy line, but compared to last tour, he's not 2 seconds behind and whole key lower. Hope perhaps
|
You need to take one thing into account here. Since the mix is in the original key, Jon had to also sing in the original key, which they don't do when preforming live. (it's half or a full step down)
|
Apart from that part at 1.25, the rest of it he sounded ****ing dreadful.

Example that gives us knowledge where he is is that performance before Grammys. While shaky and not very good, there was a semblance of normal vocalist there for, e.g. Who Says. In other words, he wasn't in utter pain and discomfort as in 2022, that was horrendous. Can he become better and get stamina for not just whole concert, but a whole tour, one can hope |

During the musicares Jon did a good Job and he seamed really happy that night. Now every little improvement it's welcome and recently he seems in a good mood and sometimes also in "Cool guy mode", more than previous years. |
