Not out of this world, but if it was to happen:
Dry County and wouldn't be both after Prayer, one would at least come before it. And if they did Blood On Blood in that spot, you wouldn't get much of the setlist afterwards anymore :)

If Jon was to sing those 4 songs at the end, with Blood On Blood further back in the set, I'm not convinced he'll make it through.
