Beautiful song, more than a ballad to me. I think it's the brightest song off of These Days, definitely one that sets itself apart from the rest of the album.
Neurotica is actually a Crush demo, in my opinion, I think it should have made the album here in the states. We ended off with One Wild Night, and after hearing Neurotica, I can't help feeling that we Americans were somewhat cheated out of a great song.

But...I could be wrong.

Cracking song, which stretches away from the rather blue feeling you get when listening to these days. I wouldn't call it a ballad though.

It's definately not a ballad because it flows too quickly. I thought a ballad was supposed to be rather slow, like Bed Of Roses, Always, This Ain't A Love Song or I Want You.

if thats wot it takes isn't really a ballad.

there's much more that goes into a ballad than just the lyrics. i cud make a dance track up at 220bpm with the lyrics from if thats wot it takes and it won't be a ballad.

top rock song tho but when u look at this ain't a love song and lie to me, those are ballads, u can't really have if thats wot it takes in the same vein as them.
