Love is war- different versions???
 

hi!

i have an older version of love is war (mp3) which is about 4min30s.
but i just downloaded the version from the japanese new jersey bonus disc and this version is only 4min14s and a bit different!
the tracks from the bonus disc are remastered, so is it possible that they changed parts of the song??

There are different versions of this song. Some of them only on bootlegs and at least one on a CD-single (Livin in sin? Japan).

yeh - one is literally a demo - the better version in my mind... the other is recorded properly in the studio...

I've got both versions, but i'm buggered if i know which is which. Both of them having the group yelling/singing "Love is war what the hell are we fighting for" after halfway and.......um.....i've lost it now i cant remember what i was going to say. i just like them both.

the best one is where they do the Love is war what the hell are we fighting for in a very high-pitched powerful voice... instead of midrange

the demo has the same riff on the solo, not the finalized song on the Living in sin single. and this one is ten times way better than the demo

The better one is the unpublished demo.
