I dunno, to me arena rock means fist pumping anthems like Bad Medicine or Lay Your Hands On Me (even though I hate that one). Midtempo stuff like Misunderstood, Joey, WTWYA and whatnot make for a nice change but aren't arena rock.

With Aerosmith, take a tune like Mama Kin. It oozes rock & roll. Then take Crazy, which is a sappy ballad. Or 90% of the Just Push Play album which just screamed "but we're still modern!". Got my point?

Yeah, good point.

I don't think anyone thinks Aerosmith has done anything since Get a Grip (and even that may be pushing it) that could really compete with something like Toys In The Attic.
