HANDs the best post 2000 album IMO. But simply isn't slippery or NJ.

Novocaine is not the best song on the album IMO. To me actually its boring and hard to listen to but thats just me. I like the title track HAND much better then it.

I concur, I'm hoping the next album has comes out with a great sound like HAND did.

HAND is my 2nd favorite album but of course I love the 80s to. A mix between HAND and NJ would have been killer :D

Still never get the love for HAND - it an IML/Prayer clone with nothing original about it whatsoever.

Novocaine is different to pretty much anything in Jovi's catalogue. To me its the post 2000 equivalent of what Keep The Faith was in the 90's, and think if it was released as the lead single instead of HAND, it would have showed the general public the band were still moving forward musically.

Btw, the point of my previous posts on this wasn't that it was THE best song on HAND (Though to me, that and DLS are), but that it certainly shouldn't be removed from any album polls - though really, no songs should be removed if you're doing it properly.
