I don't know. But I feel like the transition between Who Says and Prayer is not natural, so that might be its place. I repeat, I have no idea, just a guess.

I don't think Bad Name was the opener either.

Haven't listened to it yet, but was Bad Name a dry start? Or did someone take Jon to the C beforehand?
I'd also assume it was the opener.

I am in doubt with that one too, but if you listen to Lost Highway from Cannery Ballroom - the beginning feels too calm as an opener.

You'll have to listen but it's not a dry start. He doesn't say take me to the "C" but it starts with that bridge crossover.

Unless Jon walked out and spoke to the crowd prior to the start (like he did at the hall of fame), I don't think Bad Name was the opener.

They also opened with Lost Highway throughout the tour so it just makes sense.
