And from the missing songs only Living In Sin would be a real gem. The Distance and Have A Little Faith In Me are available and the rest is the usual stuff we already have an acoustic soundboard from other shows.

hi guy,

You can find living in sin acoustic recording during the MTV 1992 bootleg (soundboard) and other rare tracks.

Yeah but in 2003, they had gone for a different melody line in the chorus that was less taxing on Jon's vocals.

Was it key-dropped as early as 1992 or was that a later thing?

The first rehearsal night in 1992 had everything played in original key (not even half a step down as usual live) as far as I remember. But it was hard on Jon's vocals, so they went back to the their standard tuning on the 2nd night of rehearsals (where the song wasn't played anymore).

Not sure if I worded it right or we're saying the same thing, are we talking about goin down half a step or when the key dropped from E to D?

No idea about the keys, but I meant tuning down half a step for the live shows as they did from 1988 onwards. In terms of rearranging the melody in the acoustic version, that wasn't done until 2003.

Gotcha! Living in Sin and In These Arms (correct me if I'm wrong anyone) are the only two songs that come to mind that had their arrangements shifted down an entire key plus the usual half a step down.

Has anyone heard what Saturdays show will be this week?

Have been listening when I can, but haven't heard yet.

Cheers,

Update. This week's show is Asbury Park 2021.
