Is anyone else experiencing difficulties in playing Disc 1?

I had to exchange mine today, but again, Disc 1 doesn't seem to work :(

The only disk I have that movie on is my harddisk :)

I'm only having difficultis playing it on the PC, VLC is the only player that plays it, as far as I know.
The DVD player in the dining room plays it perfectly.
