It means the label has uploaded the album to spotify, iTunes etc etc.

Google recognizes the album, with formatting. "Bon Jovi: 2020" which would of needed to come from somewhere official, or reviewed for it to stick. Especially when it's under Bon Jovi. Google recognizes my releases, once the songs/albums have been uploaded and sent off to the streaming sites.

Mmm, it's an interesting theory, but I don't see everything finished to that point. I don't even think they have the concept art of the finished album, and so, I don't think any files are loaded.

Agreed. Of course, it could be an explanation, but there have been mentiones by Jon and subsequent articles and search requests that bring up these results. This House Is Not For Sale could be "found" via google search at a time when Jon was still talking about being in negotiations with the record label as to where and how to release it. The name was known quite long before its release.

Could be wrong, but I'm sure in the South America QA Jon said the album art was on his phone. Said he wished he could show it. And on the CBS interview from the other day, they said the album was completed last week. Whether that be recording or album completely finished, I dont know.

I'm definitely excited to get some new stuff though!

The JBJ Soul Kitchen Rutgers-Newark is already opened since March.

I'm glad you said that because I thought I remembered hearing about it months ago; at least as far back as September. But according to the interview with Jon and Dorothea on CBS Sunday Morning, it opens in 2020.
