What about DVDs that have been released in great quality, but aren't technically official: ie. the 2004 Borgata DVD which contains the only performances of some box-set tracks.

Although it's true intention is video, they is still audio included that can be extracted... All I'm doing is listing the show is a sub category with the rest of them... Live from London etc... And maybe Homebound Train from Stockholm 2001 needs to be added as well. It was released via that American XS service where the band put out some rare stuff for a short period of time.
