Aerosmith may be calling it quits in 2017...

Still haven't seen these live yet so if this is the case, I should probably make the effort if they tour the UK again.

I'm waiting for the country album Steven Tyler, it seems to have spent much time on it. It is rumored that could be launched in May.

Then, I would like one last album of Aerosmith, or at least an EP with new songs for the alleged last tour.

Legendary Child was written in the mid 90s. Actual NEW tunes, good ones at that, would be a cool send-off, yeah. The last album had just two tracks (Street Jesus, Lover A Lot) that I dug.

I love Legendary Child, and Tell Me is one of my favorite of the album. Another Last Goodbye not bad.

They shouldve split after Get A Grip - everything else released since then has been poor.

But it was reworked. It is like saying that Diamond Ring not worth on the album These Days because it was worked for the first time in 1988.

This I can understand. All I Want Is Everything, should have been the last official track of the album... and the opener on These Days Tour.

Yea Nine Lives was good. People seem to forget that.

steel_horse75 04-14-2016 06:14 PM

Fallen Angels is classic Aerosmith and thinking about it Falling in Love, Hole in my soul, aint that a bitch are very good songs.

ill give it a good 7/10 so I was harsh to say I didnt really like it.

Alphavictim 04-14-2016 11:33 PM

Nine Lives was good, yeah.

Just Push Play had one of the worst high budget productions I've ever heard. Sunshine, Beyond Beautiful, Avant Garden and Face are cool, though.

rolo_tomachi 04-15-2016 12:12 AM

What Kind Of Love Are You On

this is great.

Originally a track left off the Nine Lives album, was included on Armageddon film and his album.

I don't think they will...Joe Perry said there was "no point" spending money on them in a recent interview.

aerosmith gotta be one of the most disappointing bands in terms of output since late early 00s

With all of Steven Tyler's "problems" I don't consider that very surprising.

Fair point, but he released a brilliant solo album a few years ago.

steel_horse75 05-04-2023 09:26 AM

i wonder if its more than that. Theres that video of Tyler of what looks lkie him shoving gear up his nose onstage recently while standing next to Perry.
30 days they originally said and that sounds more like a rehab stint.
Now its all cancelled. Something doesnt add up but as I said in May im amazed they even attempted it.

Jon Bon Jovi is light years away from achieving a performance like this.

It's very good, considering his age, but he is not singing the screams at the end of the song. They are definitely playback.

oh, true.

Playback should be prohibited when it comes to live shows.

I didn't see the video you are talking about all I know about is the voice problem which considering his age and all the performing he has done isn't surprising at all!
