Yess, I love it for what it is. A fun song not to be taken too seriously. It makes me laugh, so it's all good. Would definitely like to hear it live.

Yes I do. It's great.

jade4jovi 01-10-2009 06:04 PM

But were they really drunk? I've heard they were, but...anybody know for certain?

BJaddict 01-10-2009 06:08 PM

Hehe, I feel so misguided. I always thought acting was about acting, and rocking was about rocking. :(

I particularly like the version on the Japanese bonus DVD that came with TLFR late in 2003. It was from the AOL Sessions in 2002 I think. And of course the version on An Evening With BJ is excellent. The original is OK - it's fun - but I really like the more serious acoustic harmony versions.

ehhh thats probably when they start off... nd are thinkin of it as fun, its only when they become a money making machine that they lose the spontaneous atitiude ,, i guess:P
who cares anyway?

Nah, all joking aside there's truth in what you're saying. A lot of Rockstars lose their "fire" and "hunger" I guess. It's sad really. Maybe it's because they conquered what they set out to conquer, and the challenge is no longer there? Or maybe just that we don't appreciate something that becomes the norm, even if we worked hard for it at first. And as you say, it often becomes more about money. Ah well.
