Nope, it was meant to be a "fun" rock song. But it's not funny at all, the song is stupid and nothing more but a filler. The entire song has got verses like that.

The new album is that bad. Example:

Bryan adam is the king of terrible rhyming but it's kinda his style, what you expect n all that.

My cover band project has unearthed some diabolical lyrics I havent really thought about before. Snow Patrol's run springs to mind straight away.
