My point is that whatever Jon or Richie might have talked about in the one or the other interview, none whatsoever real tour information (i.e. dates and locations) has been officially announced so far, and thus can't be postponed.

Just because we don't know about the tourdates doesn't mean there wasn't a tour planned. Lots of rumours leaked out about possible tourdates for Bon Jovi in the UK and Germany, but lately a few things have changed. So just because it isn't officially anounced doesn't mean it can't be postponed. Duh!

But it does. It might have been postponed internally, which is none of your business, and just because a "few things have changed" doesn't mean the whole tour has. Since it hasn't been announced officially, it can't be postponed officially either.
