I thought he was running on Windows 3.11, since that version doesn't get full support from microsoft anymore.

The European dates went on sale on November 5th

Except for the Spanish ones which were an afterthought and went on sale by March :D

If I remember rightly, the Japanese dates and the first lot of American dates were announced a bit earlier
