*Imagine I put Michael Scott's "no, God, please, no" scene in here*

I really don't think Phil is about to leave any time soon. it's the biggest pay check he will ever get in his career. For that kind of money you do your job, you don't have to love it. If he wants to rock out he can do other stuff to satisfy that - in fact, he probably loses money on The Drills and it's partly funded by his Bon Jovi money. It's not like Bon Jovi keeps him busy 365 days a year.

Phil X is gone / Bobby Bandiera is back as LEAD GUITARIST!

I doubt Bon Jovi will be playing too many concerts in the years ahead. If they tour at all, it might be 10-15 shows in a one-to-two month period and then lots of space in between. This will probably leave Phil with lots of time to spare to play with other bands.

This is such a bonkers concept that Phil is leaving a band that does 30 shows a YEAR to play with someone else. Come on, really?

FFS just let us speculate, it's not like the Jovi camp has been filling us up with tons of exciting information in the past few years[emoji14]

Richie has a solo album to release, so I don't think so. But if it did happen, 2022 would be a great year.
