Of course he´s a legend. No doubt about it.....

I think we're just three songs into it by now and they were like the original set that night.

Have just listened to Obies intro for this show and this is the kind of intro I'm after. Sucks that's its not the full show, but awesome that the reason was given as to why it is incomplete. Keen to listen to the show, especially given the context of what was recorded.

Thanks Obie.

Hopefully next week will be a full show, something from 1996 perhaps? Fingers crossed.

Missed the intro. What was the reason he gave?
Kind of fear they didn't really record on the 1996 tour (other than Yokohama).

He basically said that when they were recording the gigs in 95' they would record to tape in a truck. The trucks would usually have 2 tapes/recorders and they would switch over tapes as required, seems like approx every 20mins based on this show. For whatever reason, the truck they had for this show only had one tape recorder, which is why there are tracks missing, and this seems to be approx every 20 mins.

Doesn't explain why nothing after Blood On Blood is included though. Found it interesting that he explained and hopefully he keeps doing so where songs are missing.

Right. So they've recorded multiple shows in 1995 and usually used 2 trucks and out of all shows he could decide to release Obie picked the one which was incomplete?

How many shows have they released by now? 20? And not one has been complete. But yet for this one they decided to give an excuse. I'm only buying half of this excuse.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
